About Me

by reverse chronological order 

Postdoctoral fellow investigating the fate and transport of microplastics in WWTPs at Wayne State University

Graduate student researcher studying the fate and transport of nanoparticles at the University of Notre Dame, USA.

Studied nanotoxicity in Gwangju, S. Korea, and received MSc.

Moved to Gwangju, the holy city of the Korean democracy, where I met my eternal partner.

Got accepted to a graduate school in Gwangju with a full scholarship supported by the Korean Govt.

Served for the Korean Army at the borderline between the two Koreas.

Participated in club activities assisting minorities and played the drum in a band focusing on human rights issues.

Born and raised in Daegu, S. Korea.
